Consideration of First Amendment to PCS Lease with T-Mobile Northeast LLC (previously known as OHI) effective November 2025, concerning the cellular tower lease contract for PCS located at 116 Main Street, North Scituate; original lease with OHI began August 14, 2000 with four (4) extensions of five (5) years each; proposed amendment includes five (5) possible extensions of five (5) years each, with T-Mobile paying Two Thousand, Seven Hundred Dollars ($2,700.00) per month as rent, with a Three Percent (3%) escalation in rent beginning November 2026, and annually thereafter; authorization for the Town Council President, in consultation with the Town Solicitor, to sign any and all documents necessary to effectuate the forgoing.
