I have 2 Traditional Inns and Pubs Break given as Xmas Presents for dates up till 2020 and 2021 could not book any where I tried,finally a hotel owner in Somerset told me they don't take the Vouchers any more as she does not get reimbursed with the booking and she knows other owners having the same problem.I sent an e.mail to them was told I would receive a reply within a week I am still waiting after 2 months.They certainly need investigating by Trading Standards as they are operating under false pretences.
